Mortgage Application

Mortgage Application has 2 parts, one for the applicants i.e. a selfcare portal and the other for the Admin to manage the mortgage and applications i.e. Mortgage Manager.

Mortgage selfcare portal allows the user or applicant to provide their details through online entry. Applicants can upload their relevant documents and can do the processing fee payment online. It has a payment gateway integration for online payments. After payments are done, the applicant is eligible for the draw which takes place each month for providing mortgage to the applicants. After the assessment of the application by the admin or the authorized person the applicants will be made eligible for draw. Each Applicant can login with their registered email address to view their application status anytime and can change the details untill the assessment is done.
In the mortgage manager section there are types of users according to the tasks. The admin users can assess the application form and decide whether the applicant is eligible or declined of the mortgage draw taking place each month. There is a draw which takes place every month and if an applicant is selected in the draw he gets the property for mortgage which he has opted for.
